Tidewire Tech grew out of a simple observation: small businesses of all kinds, and especially marinas, campgrounds, and boat owners, are underserved by traditional IT companies. Standard providers often expect a predictable environment: a normal office, a normal network, easy access during business hours. That doesn't always describe a small business either, and it definitely doesn't describe a marina, a campground, or a boathouse exposed to weather and water. When a job doesn't fit the standard mold, most providers pass.
That gap is exactly where we work. Our experience spans decades of building and running operations for growing companies, the kind of background that means we don't just install equipment, we think about how a system needs to perform over time, who has to maintain it, and what happens when something breaks at the worst possible moment.
